Making A Positive Impact
Idaho Impact Homes doesn't just exist to build homes — this company was started so we could give back to our community. As we grow and expand our focus is to keep having a positive impact on the great state of Idaho.
A crucial part of our impact is giving from our profits once your home is completed. We look forward to having you there to help us present a giant check in your name to the select charity you've chosen. Home is where the heart is, and Idaho Impact Homes is determined to improve our home each and every day.

About Idaho Impact
Idaho Impact Homes is dedicated to building a better future for families in the Treasure Valley. This starts with new homes that are designed for living with large, open floor plans built on acreage that allow homeowners to pursue their hobbies and interests. The process is simple, with three expertly-curated design packages that capture different visions: Farmhouse, Traditional and Contemporary.
Meet the Owner, Dustin Riggs
Dustin Riggs was born in Idaho and grew up in the construction business, and has continued working on sites in Idaho, Oregon, North Dakota, Indiana, Hawaii and California. Throughout his travels, he has always known that Idaho is home and couldn't wait to get back.
Dustin moved back to Idaho in 2018 with his wife, Krishina, and started Idaho Impact Homes to help Idahoans build affordable semi-custom homes. To this day, the company delivers unmatched construction quality with dedicated customer service. They are also deeply involved with the community, donating a portion of their profits from each home sold to local charities.
Hope House's mission is to provide homes for children ages 6-18 who are developmentally disabled, emotionally impaired or who come from dysfunctional families or disrupted adoptions.
The organization strives to find family-oriented, homelike atmospheres for children who may have "fallen through the cracks." It provides structured activities and educational and vocational opportunities to help these young people reach their full potential.
Hope House partners with psychiatric, psychological, social work and counseling professionals to ensure the emotional and social needs of all the children are met.
Deer Flat Wildlife Refuge
Located in the sagebrush hills of Western Idaho, the Deer Flat National Wildlife Refuge's goal is to provide water oases for migratory and resident wildlife in Idaho. The refuge provides breeding and migratory habitats for mallards, Canada geese and other birds and mammals.
The Deer Flat Wildlife Refuge uses two units — Lake Lowell and the Snake River Islands — to find new homes for these animals. Using a variety of wildlife management techniques, the Deer Flat team works hard to protect many wildlife habitats, from the grasslands and forests of the Snake River Islands to the wetlands of Lake Lowell.
Spay Neuter Idaho Pets — also known as SNIP — is a nonprofit organization founded by a collection of animal welfare advocates which focuses on improving the health of Idaho's dogs and cats through preventative care.
To prevent the homelessness and euthanasia of these animals, SNIP performs spay and neuter practices at reduced rates for income-qualifying Idahoan's.
SNIP's ultimate vision is an Idaho where all cats and dogs can live peacefully in healthy environments without needless death or suffering.
It has been a great experience working with Idaho Impact Homes to build our dream home. Our expectations were more than met and as changes were needed they were met without a problem. I would recommend them to anyone wanting a top quality personal experience.
